Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Our fitness assessments are for individuals between 21 and 60 years old. If you can squat and lunge properly, we can work with you! After your payment has been received, you will be able to schedule your assessment. Our small group program includes a meal plan, food list, food tracking, and much more.
